I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi that completely exceeded my expectations. the location was fantastic - close to a bus station with great routes, making it easy to access from the airport and get around the city. Additionally, being close to the lake added a peaceful atmosphere to my stay. Secondly, the service and staff were outstanding. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Lastly, the basic amenities provided in the rooms were perfect for my needs. Despite not having a direct view to the outside, the rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast offered each morning, which provided a great start to my day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The hotel location was convenient for public transportation and had local eateries nearby. the rooms were clean and equipped with functional amenities such as air conditioning and washing machine. the staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay welcoming and comfortable.

The furniture in the rooms was outdated and could use some updating.

Had a fantastic romantic stay! Location was perfect, close to the city center and very easy and cheap to get around. the room was spacious and comfortable with great facilities such as a kettle and hairdryer. the best aspect was the rooftop terrace, where we enjoyed stunning views and had some intimate moments.

There was some noise from the street throughout the night, which affected our sleep. there were issues with the room, such as a leaky tap and an old showerhead.
